Topic: CAPACITY BUILDING FOR A GLORIOUS MARRIAGE (Part 3) 

 

Text: 1 King 4-13

The Message: 

You will not tread the earth, but walk into ownership of it. The earth is the room our father in heaven gave to us.

God created eve because there was an Adam. There is a man for you therefore you must not be desperate. The rate of Crisis for single Sisters in church is alarming  Don’t make mistakes you can’t come out from, don’t go into relationship without informing your Pastor. The first attempt of the target of the enemy is the woman. Don’t become a sacrifice to satisfy a man. Meet the leadership to guide you.

Four enemies you must not marry.

1. Don’t marry the enemy of God. Leave dating; that’s the term of the world, go into courtship and receive guidance. 

2. Don’t marry the enemy of your destiny. Don’t go with someone that doesn’t align with your vision. 

3. Don’t marry the enemy of your parents. Seek counsels.

4. Don’t marry the enemy of the Church. Don’t follow those who bastardized the name of God. Your church is a family. 

Keep your virginity, don’t sacrifice your destiny for who can dump you the following morning. A man that slept with you in courtship can do it with someone else. Virginity doesn’t make you bad, we’re 60% spiritual. If you make mistakes, don’t go on the journey alone, carry your Church along, they’re there to shepherd and guide you. Your pastor will guide you from entering into errors. Courtship is not a sin. Don’t commit suicide.

Close your eyes and talk to God if you’ve made errors and wants God to give you another chance. 

Say this: Lord, restore my honor, dignity and beauty. I will not be substituted on the road of destiny.

The attack of the enemy reigning now is against the men. There are conditional and unconditional enemies. Don’t take free sex, people use what they have to collect what you have, you’re losing and it will take years to recover. 

During deliverance, a lady confessed that through sex, she collect the destiny of men. You carry the battles and wars that leads to captivity. Masturbation will limit you.

A lady slept with someone and was used, henceforth all the other people she met begin to come down, she leave rich people broke. 

A Lady confess that she lives with the semen of a man.   Some are addicts to pornography, the Devil can take everything you have and still not leave. Go on your kneels and ask for God’s grace.

I will not lose my place in Jesus Name. 

Place your hand on your chest and promise God to let go of masturbation, pornography, 

Say this; I shall keep my body faithful and no longer involved in immorality. Say My struggles is over(3x) 

The chain of darkness and immorality is broken in my life and am free. Every deposit in your body pushing you against God is silenced

evil mark is wiped off. 

You will serve God. 

Congratulations. 

Be an advocate of Holiness.

Sexual urge is not a crime but dangerous. If there’s nothing in your life, you won’t be offered free sex, God is not present. The Lord will preserve you. Your destiny in this ministry shall be loud. Your glory is restored and you’re blessed.

Things that we need in order to build capacity (continuation)

10. Patience – In biology, chemical time has a process and you must exercise patience. We don’t like process but results.  Certificate don’t come freely, there’s involvement of process. There’s time and season for everything. Marriage is about growth. Marriage change from stage zero – five. Patience takes process, some men keep repeating the same thing daily, e.g eating of meat. The correction you need in your spouse takes time. You must have patience, marrying with nothing doesn’t make a man poor forever. Don’t threaten your spouse. It is not a crime to marry someone not up to your taste, build him/her up. Patience is required in our daily life. Always give your spouse a second privilege

11. Capacity of Unity-  Mark 10:9. Marriage is not a competition, no more two but one, inferiority complex, insecurity should not destroy your home, don't be threatened by the success of your spouse. In Marriage, Don’t live a life that will expose the weakness and failure of your spouse. Work as a team. God created Adam and Eve in the garden but Adam was in the field when the serpent came.. your relatives are blood but your spouse is a covenant.

12. Generosity – Proverb 11:25. It goes beyond finance, affection, time, attention. When God lift you up, some shame will not come near you, be a giver, when you’re stingy, generosity is not negotiable.

13. Peace Making & Conflict Resolution.- there’s a different between disagreement, crisis and confrontation. A man is gifted with strength and a woman is gifted with voice. Understand that you will manage issues, address issues not each other. Don’t act when you’re overjoy or angry, you will misbehave. Don’t go to bed angry, let tension go down and re- address it, some issues could be spiritual -pray. Seek counsel. Any disagreement that doesn’t allow you to pray is dangerous. No argument should enter into this three rooms  

(1) spiritual room 

(2) Children room 

(3) War room 

It will affect your children by hating Marriage, hate each other, hate your God. No argument should make you to deny your spouse sex(Married couple).

14. Trust- Prov 31:11. – A cornerstone of a good marriage.

15. Joyful Celebration together – celebrate your spouse on big and small occasions.

Bedrock of some home attitudes is carelessness.

Question 

1. What to tell someone scared of marriage. 

Answer – follow the normal route, stand right with God for safety, there is principle of marriage success. Let God speak and lead. Marriage is a  course you enter with certificate in the beginning. Social media feed, thought and memories may affect you.

2. When your God sent Spouse has no feelings for you, what can be done

Answer – God is never wrong, you will be tested with time, distance. Love grows and be patient with God. Don’t be an advocate of terrible news. Be an advocate that Marriage works.

Raise your hands and say- if marriage is a calamity, troublesome, terrible or a problem in the lives of people say my marriage will be exceptional. 

Bad marriage is not hereditary.

Declare this

My marriage is exceptional. Repeat it loud and clear.

PRAYER POINT

Before Ministration:

1. Face someone beside you and say: My friend the storm of life will not swallow you in Jesus name.

2. Be a prophet to people around you and say; your God shall arise and silence your mocker in the name of Jesus.

3. Whether you like it or not, you will experience your rising in the name of Jesus. 

4. Lift your hands to the heavens and say a covenant to the earth. Say; anywhere man kind shall see me, they shall favor me, I arise and I shall be favored.

5. Oh earth , hear the word of the Lord, I take charge and dominion over you.  You will answer me in Jesus Name.
